Dramatic History of Ed Hardy
n 1977, Ed Hardy opened his first tattoo store TATTOO CITY on Mission Street at Number 2906 in San Francisco, relying on his superb tattoo technique, Ed Hardy successfully opened a new era in tattoo field.
In 1978, a big fire burned down his tattoo store which had not even lasted for one year and everything just vanished in one day, and then Hardy opened a simply equipped store in the riverside area in order to keep his work until 1980, the destroyed store had been repaired and reopened.
IHardy opened his second store at Number 722 Columbus Street in 1991, and a year after in 1992 his third store was opened at Number 700 Lombard Street Because of its supernal skill and innovation, a lot of people respect him as the godfather DON of tattoo industry.
In 2004, Ed Hardy clothes are designed by the genius in jeans apparel sector, the former designer of Diesel, Levi's, American Eagle Outfitters and Von Dutch, Christian Audigier. he combined the classic tattoo works of the godfather of modern tattoo Don Ed Hardy's with punk elements and street culture and created a brand characteristic of American spirit.
Don Ed Hardy's tattoo art works have been exhibited and collected by many well known museums in cities such as New York, San Francisco and many other big cities in the world.
