How do you take care of a nine week old kitten?
My sister got a cat but her daughter is highly allergic. So we toke the cat, we named Sylvester. But I have cat and a dog that do not like him. HELP!!!!!!!
You need to attempt to introduce them slowly. I obviously don't know how long you've had Sylvester, but if its not very long, try this:
Put Syl in a room (any room the other pets do not need to go into) and keep him there for a couple days. Rub him down with something the other animals use, like a toy or stuffed animal, and let the other guys play with it. This will give them the scent of the new kitty. Then when you do decide to completely introduce them to each other, make sure you have treats on hand. When they are nice, give them a treat. That will reinforce the thought that the new one is a good thing. If the other cat/dog try to hurt Sylvestor, DO NOT PUNISH THEM, this will only cause a bad association. The animals will think that Sylvestor is bad and won't want to be around him.
Introducing animals takes some time. You can't just plop a new animal down and expect the others to like him. Animals are very territorial and you need to make sure they understand the new baby is good thing, a playmate 
Give it a lot of patience and in time, you'll find them not fighting
