A western girl teaching English in Japan?
Hi, I'm from Brazil, I'm almost finishing my college, my major being portuguese and english teaching, and I'm wondering to which country should I move. I would like to go for studying language first and, if I really like the country, then I'd start thinking about moving there for real. My looks are more or less as you can see in my avatar. I have a soft spot for asians and I really want an asian boyfriend, so I'm considering about moving to an asian country.
I've heard that it's trendy in Japan to have westerns as English teachers, so I wander if it would be a good job choice for me as an English teacher. Apart from animes and such, I don't have much details about the japanese average life. Are they friendly with western foreigners? Would japanese boys date and marry a western girl like me?
Please, if someone who have accurate information can help me, I'd be very glad! 
Most schools want a native English speaker. Brazil isn't an English speaking country. It's not "trendy" to hire westerners as English teachers. They hire westerners because they have better English skills.
Sorry, but it's not a good idea to want to move to a country you know nothing about & have never been to.
You should know "Asian" is a broad term. There are many different countries in Asia and they all have their own language and culture.
