Which color tie can i wear for blue/gray striped shirt with beige linen pants?
This is for my internship assesment.
Also is it OK for wearing linen pants for this assesment?

It would be safer to wear gray or navy flat front dress pants in a lightweight wool flannel or blend. I say that because linen will wrinkle while you are sitting down waiting to be called for the assessment interview. When you walk in for the interview, your linen pants would be all wrinkled--not good!!
If you wear gray pants, then wear a tie with the same blue as the stripe in the shirt and a muted pattern of gray on it. No striped ties though--it will fight with the stripes of the shirt.
If you wear navy pants, then wear a gray tie with a muted navy pattern on it.
