knitting problems?
I AM HAVING 2 PROBLEMS WITH MY KNITTIING. 1) WHEN I FINISH TAKING MY LAST ROW OFF THE NEEDLE ITS NOT AS NEAT AND TIGHT AS WHEN I FIRST STARTED. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? 2) I STARTED MAKING THIS SCARF THE ENDS ARENT STRAIGHT. IT LOOKS FUNNY. WHAT IS WRONG? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
I'm guessing that your knitting is "neat and tight" when you start because your cast on is tighter than the rest of your knitting. That's very common. I don't know how you hold your yarn, but that's really the key to keeping your knitting nice and even. I think having a good tension will help both of your problems. Using one of these methods may be all kinds of annyoing and awkward at first, but try to stick with it. I did and now it's second nature. I get lots of compliments on my even stitches. Good luck!
