The bright, rayon blouse compliments the dark toned jeans and makes a trendy, cute outfit. If you're going to a more formal new years party, or trying to look more classy and formal, black, suede wedges would make the outfit look formal but relaxed. If you want an average every day party look, then black converse high tops would make it casual but cute. It's your choice, either one will look great, though!
