i have dog named Daisy, and she is sooooo spoiled!! She gets my 100% undevided attention!! She gets very jealous when i pet other dogs!! and then she will scratch me until i pick her up and pet her.... but i want to get a chinchilla and she hated it when i got a fish so i had to give the fish to my sister to put into her fish tank.. but what should i do??? i love Daisy!!, but i want a chinchilla and i understand the amount of care chinchillas take and that is the problem she will get jealous.... how do i make it so she and the chinchilla get the care and attention they both need?

It sounds like you are not strong enough of a person to show obedience to you dog. You admit that you spoil the dog, and it wants all of the attention. You made the dog that way, now you have to live with it. You can change YOUR ways and maybe try enrolling Daisy into obedience school....if not, forget about the chinchilla. Or if you do get an chinchilla, maybe you should ask your sister if she wants one first....because she will probably be the one that ends up with it, anyhow.
