Controversial T-Shirts for Back-to-School

Talk about making a fashion statement.
"That’s terrible," said Shelley Pederson, "that’s the worst shirt I think I’ve ever seen."
"Not cool," said Bob Conner.
"That’s kind of gross," said another passer-by.
"That’s like the best shirt for someone not to get a date," said Pederson.
The shirt they’re all talking about has the image of woman talking to a man, that man proceeding to push the woman off a ledge … and a caption summing it all up that reads, "problem solved."
You can buy that shirt, along with other apparel many are calling offensive, in the young men’s section at Kohl’s department stores.
"I think that’s a really bad thing to show, to sell to young kids," said Pederson. "And I know it’s all about freedom of speech and whatever, but that’s terrible to push that idea."
And according to doctor Janet Hyde, these shirts can be harmful.
Hyde says a number of people will pass off something that reads "silence is golden, duct tape is silver" as a joke.
But she says that joke, could lead to domestic violence.
