Footwear is also important, especially if you are involved in high impact sports. Comfortably padded soles on your trainers fitted with shock absorption should do the job; and again like clothing, most pairs of specialist sports shoes can be worn as fashionable casual wear. But, the benefit of such shoes is that they will minimise injury on susceptible joints.

What size jack wills hoodie would be best for me?
I am 5 ft 7
I am quite thin because i play alot of sports and stuff..
but the thing im worried about is whether it will be too small i want the redcliffe one which has "WILLS" across the front
I saw one on ebay for £26 and it says it is a size 12 but can fit a size 10 as well and then it says no returns to i want to make sure it will fit fine!
please help me!
